D-Heart Necklace

18kt gold necklace with a small heart-shaped silhouette set slightly to the side of the chain and two 0.01-carat diamonds, for a total carat weight of 0.02 carats. The two diamonds are paired in a single prong so that the silhouette and the diamond are always visible in the correct frontal position.
The necklace has a total length of 40 cm and is equipped with a Sliding System that allows you to adjust its length.
Available in yellow, rose or white gold.
