Shipping and returns

The purchased products will be shipped approximately within 5 working days of order confirmation.*
For orders under €150, a €20 shipping fee will be added.
Delivery times may be delayed during the holiday season; carriers do not deliver, for example, on 25/12 – 06/01 and 01/08 – 21/08, and on weekends.

At the time of delivery, the Customer or a trusted person must be present to check that the packaging is intact and clean and that the Products received correspond to those indicated on the Order. In the event of visible defects, such as incorrect quantities and/or incorrect Products and/or damaged packaging, CaterinaB will ask the Customer or their trusted representative to report such anomalies on the shipping document and to contact CaterinaB at the following email address: info@caterinab.it

In the event that the user makes changes to the standard shipping/delivery (especially if the package is left without a signature), Caterina B is relieved of any responsibility in case of damage/theft.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Consumer is granted the right to withdraw from any contract concluded pursuant to these “Conditions of Sale”, without any penalty, within 15 (fifteen) days from the day of receipt of the ordered Products, for any reason and without having to justify his decision in any way.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must send the Seller, within the aforementioned period of 15 (fifteen) days, a written communication to be sent via email to info@caterinab.it *

Custom orders can be returned at a cost of €40, paid by the customer.

To facilitate the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the Seller provides the Consumer with a specific form to use for communicating the withdrawal. However, use of the "Right of Withdrawal Form" is not mandatory to exercise the withdrawal procedure; sending an explicit declaration to the email address indicated above is sufficient.
In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received in relation to the Product for which the right of withdrawal was exercised will be refunded, including shipping costs in an amount equal to the cheapest shipping method offered by CaterinaB. The refund will be made by the Seller using the same payment method used by the Consumer for the initial transaction, unless the Consumer expressly requests, in the withdrawal notice, the use of another payment method among those made available by CaterinaB. In any case, the Consumer will not incur any costs as a result of this refund.
In the event of a withdrawal, the shipping costs for returning the Product will be borne by CaterinaB; the return of the Product will be carried out by the Consumer at their own expense and responsibility. The Product subject to withdrawal must be returned properly packaged in its original packaging, in perfect condition, not damaged or ruined, with no obvious signs of use other than those of a normal test. It must be accompanied by all accessories, instructions for use, additional documentation, and shipping documents.
The Consumer, pursuant to current legislation, will only be liable for any decrease in the value of the Product resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Product.
The Consumer must ensure that he takes reasonable measures to safeguard the Product.
Any resellers present in Italy cannot accept returns or exchanges of Products purchased through this Site.
CaterinaB, pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 56 of the Consumer Code as amended by Legislative Decree no. 21/2014, reserves the right to withhold the refund until it has received the returned Product following the exercise of the right of withdrawal.
The refund will be made within 15 working days from the date CaterinaB receives the returned Product.
In the event that the Product is not delivered within 30 (thirty) working days from the Seller sending the Order Confirmation email to the Consumer, or from another date otherwise agreed with the Consumer, the Buyer will have the right to withdraw from the Order and CaterinaB will refund the price.
